App, 2026

Private, local personal finance, designed to help you understand your money.

In development
Cuentoro cover: three screens of the app
01

Cuentoro started as a personal tool to better understand the money coming in, going out and left available. The goal is to bring a clear, private financial experience to the iPhone that doesn't depend on an online account.

02

  • Record accounts, income, spending and transfers without friction.
  • Show available net worth and monthly trends in an easy-to-understand way.
  • Include budgets, analysis and the calculators people commonly need in Spain.
  • Keep data local, with no user accounts, ads or tracking.
  • Cut the time it takes to log a payment with the card shortcut.
03

Personal finances are usually scattered across banking apps, notes, spreadsheets and standalone calculators. That fragmentation makes it hard to know how much is really available and to make decisions in time.

04

Cuentoro brings the essentials together in four spaces: Home for the overall picture, Transactions to record and review operations, Budgets to keep spending limits in check and Analysis to spot patterns. It also includes calculators for VAT, income tax withholding (IRPF), electricity and other common money matters.

Logging a card payment can start from a system shortcut to quickly enter the amount, the category and the merchant.

05

  • Native interface built with SwiftUI for iPhone.
  • Local persistence in protected JSON, with no account or backend.
  • Financial engine with decimal arithmetic to avoid rounding errors.
  • Calculators based on explicit mathematical formulas, not artificial intelligence.
  • Support for private mode, export/import, widgets and deep links.
  • Shortcuts via App Intents to speed up logging payments.
06

Cuentoro is in development as a native product focused on privacy, clarity and control. The core already covers the main personal finance flow and keeps evolving with widgets, calculators and system automations.

The App Store launch is planned for 30 December 2026.
